Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States; hybrid attendance required in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Salary: $145,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Shape Candova’s product vision and drive the roadmap from initial prototype through repeatable growth.
• Build and test AI-powered experiences, including agentic workflows, personalized coaching, automated evaluation, and grading.
• Meet with users and business buyers weekly and turn feedback into shipped product changes.
• Validate pricing, packaging, positioning, acquisition, onboarding, and activation experiments with Marketing, BD, and Sales.
• Define and analyze metrics including activation, task completion, skill proficiency, retention, expansion, cohorts, LTV, and A/B tests.
• Lead a small team of engineers and designers while collaborating with executive leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years as a Senior Product Manager.
• Demonstrated success building AI-powered product experiences and hands-on use of AI for prototyping, analysis, research, debugging, and communication.
• Experience taking a product from 0→1 or leading a major product transformation.
• Experience building products for business buyers, ideally small and midsize companies.
• Ability to work strategically on market sizing, business cases, and roadmaps while also prototyping, writing specifications, reviewing data, and unblocking teams.
