Product Manager, AI

Location: US Remote; compensation range applies to US-based candidates

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 per year, plus potential equity

What you will do

• Lead AI product projects and roadmaps across patient and messaging journeys, from 0-to-1 concepts through global scale.
• Define problem statements, success metrics, and guardrails balancing user value, clinical safety, and business impact.
• Connect patient interfaces, provider tools, and internal workflows into coherent AI-powered experiences.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Applied AI, Design, Clinical, Legal, Operations, and Support teams to develop and ship products.
• Turn LLMs, agents, retrieval, and personalization capabilities into intuitive consumer experiences.
• Drive experimentation, cohort analysis, qualitative research, and model evaluation focused on engagement, adherence, safety, quality, and operational outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of consumer product management experience, including applied AI/ML-powered or data-intensive products.
• Experience shipping consumer products that improve engagement, retention, and measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with LLM systems, prompting, evaluation, retrieval, tools or agents, and reinforcement or feedback loops.
• Strong product sense for guided consumer experiences such as assistants, onboarding flows, and habit-forming products.
• Experience defining user, system, safety, and quality metrics, as well as A/B testing, causal inference, or experimentation platforms.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, influence, and end-to-end ownership skills.
