Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based at the Brooklyn, NY office, United States

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the product management lifecycle for the survey product, including roadmap, KPIs, research, user experience, execution, and adoption.
• Research customer pain points using user feedback, product analytics, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Translate user needs and product strategy into detailed requirements, workflows, prototypes, and wireframes.
• Build business cases for new product development and align stakeholders around the product vision.
• Launch new features and products with sales and marketing, including go-to-market planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, sales, professional services, marketing, and operations.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of product management experience, including building successful SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of the complete product management process and product lifecycle.
• Experience with product discovery, user workflows, wireframing, and complex processes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Technical understanding, business acumen, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
• Experience with data-rich applications and AI-driven features.
• Experience working with US-based customers and teams; excellent English communication skills.
