Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote for full-time salaried employees currently residing in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada. Daily overlap of 3–4 hours with engineering business hours is required.

Salary: $110K–$150K annually, plus potential equity.

hirify.global is a profitable, Series C, YC-backed technology startup building an AI-powered advisor for managing physical assets, initially focused on car insurance and expanding into home, motorcycle, RV, and boat insurance.

What you will do

• Conduct structured product walkthroughs, map user journeys, and identify funnel friction.
• Monitor reviews, support tickets, and research to synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights.
• Drive bug triage and resolution with Engineering.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-driven features.
• Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing to define hypotheses, requirements, and customer experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with consumer-facing products.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently structure and interpret data.
• Experience owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Current residence in one of the eligible U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.
• Ability to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with engineering business hours.
