Product Manager (AI)

Location: Westminster, CO; Steamboat Springs, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Dallas, TX; or Remote. The role requires frequent work at outdoor construction sites, on-site presence most of the time, and up to 25% travel.

Salary: $135,000–$175,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Partner with operations leaders, field supervisors, and crews to identify field challenges and define practical solutions.
• Translate operational needs into workflows, user stories, concepts, and lightweight prototypes.
• Coordinate with IT teams, developers, and consultants to align system delivery with field feedback and business priorities.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and ensure systems are ready for field use.
• Develop training materials, manuals, and SOPs, and lead physical and digital system rollouts.
• Provide leadership updates, troubleshoot after implementation, and stabilize workflows before transition to maintenance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in construction, operations, fintech, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools, workflows, and rapid prototypes to connect systems into practical operational solutions.
• Ability to work both in an office and at construction job sites, including exposure to weather, noise, dust, chemicals, and other environmental factors.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and comply with PPE, safety, and EH&S requirements.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to field personnel and translate field needs for technical teams.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of construction industry experience, preferably in self-perform, mission-critical, industrial, electrical, or energy environments.
• Experience with Vista Viewpoint, field-ticketing software, ERP systems, macro-enabled Excel, Office products, Power BI, AI app development, SQL, or mobile and web tools.
• MBA or PMP certification.
