What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations of large-scale transformational projects and develop detailed project plans.
• Design scalable solutions for process improvements and tool development to support long-term planning.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and Product to align complex programs.
• Drive sales territory planning and align strategies across all segments for seamless execution.
• Implement and adopt AI-based tools to improve the efficiency of planning processes.
• Manage change management activities, including communication planning and stakeholder enablement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or management consulting.
• Experience within a GTM or Sales Operations organization.
• Proven ability to own and execute cross-functional projects from end to end.
• Ability to drive sales territory planning and align strategies across segments.
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Must be based in LATAM or the US.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Data analytics proficiency using SQL, Google Sheets, or Excel.
