Location: Hybrid (Israel - Raanana). Must be based in Israel (hirify.global-FLEX model: 2 days office, 3 days remote).

What you will do

• Oversee a portfolio of global programs and projects, ensuring execution remains on track and issues are addressed promptly.
• Manage, coach, and develop a global group of Program Managers, including performance and career management.
• Establish and maintain a high, consistent bar for how programs are run and reported across the organization.
• Own and continuously improve R&D processes and the tooling the R&D organization relies on.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering stakeholders to unblock issues and keep high-risk initiatives moving.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in a software or technology environment.
• 4+ years of experience directly managing program or project managers, ideally in a global organization.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-product initiatives.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• PMP or equivalent program/project management certification.
• Familiarity with R&D tooling such as Atlassian/JIRA, static code analysis, or build tools.
• Background in system analysis or prior experience within an R&D organization.
