Strategic Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within North America, with preference for candidates in Pacific Standard Time (PST)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end coordination of contractual product deliverables across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Plan programs, manage milestones, sequence roadmap work, and surface risks, blockers, and dependencies early.
• Align internal delivery timelines with enterprise customer expectations and negotiate scope, priorities, and deadlines.
• Lead user acceptance testing, including customer participation, success criteria, and timelines.
• Track delivery metrics such as activation, first value, and adoption, and communicate post-delivery feedback.
• Create customer-facing status updates and executive reviews covering program health, scope changes, risks, and decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management or customer-facing project/program roles in SaaS.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs across technical and customer teams.
• Strong understanding of agile software development, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery rhythms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate difficult conversations.
• Highly organized, proactive, outcomes-driven, and comfortable working through ambiguity and competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Fortune 1000 or other large enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS workflows in engineering or manufacturing technology.
