What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and stakeholders to deliver impactful user experiences.
• Create end-to-end design deliverables including wireframes, high-fidelity designs, journey maps, and service blueprints.
• Advocate for customer outcomes and own the user experience vision throughout the development process.
• Facilitate design reviews, critiques, and workshops to align cross-functional teams.
• Utilize user feedback, research, and data to inform and improve design decisions.
• Explore and integrate AI-powered design tools to innovate and improve user outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 3+ years of professional experience designing for SaaS products or digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX deliverables and shipped web/mobile solutions.
• Experience incorporating user research and data into the design process.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction patterns, and product strategy.
• Professional fluency in English is required; French proficiency may be required for specific positions in Quebec.
