What you will do

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to create personas, journey maps, and user flows.
• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for responsive web and mobile SaaS apps.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, including reusable UI components and interaction patterns.
• Optimize user experience by running A/B tests and analyzing product data via Mixpanel and Amplitude.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver implementation-ready designs via Figma Dev Mode and Zeplin.
• Ensure product accessibility by adhering to WCAG standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX problem-solving, and responsive design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
• Must be based in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico.
• Availability to work during U.S. Business Hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B software or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working in Agile product environments.
