What you will do

• Support strategy and transformation engagements for insurance clients across life, health, P&C, reinsurance, and InsurTech segments.
• Conduct market, competitor, and regulatory research to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
• Analyze business performance, operating models, cost structures, and digital capabilities.
• Build financial models, business cases, and executive-level strategy materials.
• Develop recommendations for growth strategy, product innovation, and operational performance improvement.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive workstreams from analysis to recommendation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or insurance advisory.
• Demonstrated experience advising insurance companies, brokers, reinsurers, or InsurTechs.
• Strong quantitative skills, including experience with Excel-based modeling.
• Excellent PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
• Understanding of core insurance functions such as underwriting, claims, and distribution.

Nice to have

• MBA, master’s degree, or relevant graduate degree.
• Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm or strategy practice.
• Familiarity with insurance technology platforms, AI use cases, or digital transformation.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, or SQL.
