What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor, creating tailored growth solutions and value propositions for clients.
• Translate ambitious business goals into actionable technology strategies and clear roadmaps.
• Partner with strategic partners like Adobe, Salesforce, and Braze to identify mutual growth opportunities.
• Lead technical expertise on client projects, collaborating with data, experience, and AI teams.
• Support the growth team with pitches, RFPs, and high-level technical scoping.
• Develop internal PoCs and demos to test new MarTech features and agentic workflows.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leadership in solutions consulting, technical consulting, or customer success at a senior level.
• Strong foundation in core MarTech platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Braze.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences.
• Experience building strong relationships and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
