What you will do

• Lead technical discovery workshops to identify opportunities for AI-driven customer experience improvements.
• Design customized solution roadmaps, including self-service, agent assistance, and journey management use cases.
• Build and deliver high-impact technical demonstrations showcasing AI capabilities and business outcomes.
• Support sandbox and trial engagements, validating use cases and AI prototypes for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with account teams and Professional Services to transition successful engagements into production.
• Advise customers on AI governance, data-access strategies, and trade-offs regarding accuracy, cost, and latency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ontario, Canada
• 5+ years of professional experience or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record in technical solutioning, pre-sales, or software implementation.
• Strong AI fluency, including knowledge of LLMs, RAG, NLU/NLP, and prompt design.
• Experience integrating cloud or AI solutions via RESTful APIs.
• Polished communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Bilingualism in English and French.
• Experience with hirify.global Cloud or hirify.global AI products.
• Familiarity with agentic coding tools and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
• Background in CRM implementation or SaaS environments.
