Senior Solution Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote, Ontario, Canada

Salary: $124,600–$163,600 annually, with potential commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Run business and technical discovery workshops to identify customer experience, operational efficiency, and AI opportunities.
• Design customer experience solutions combining LLMs, deterministic workflows, orchestration, fallback strategies, and human handoff patterns.
• Create and deliver technical demonstrations and presentations for executives, stakeholders, and technical audiences.
• Support sandboxes, trials, AI prototypes, integrations, and value assessments, then help transition successful engagements toward production.
• Develop knowledge and content strategies that ground AI responses in trusted enterprise data and explain trade-offs across accuracy, latency, cost, and governance.
• Share customer insights with Product Management and create reusable enablement assets for the broader team.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
• Working knowledge of AI for customer experience, including NLU/NLP, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, orchestration, and agentic patterns.
• Practical experience integrating cloud or AI solutions with enterprise platforms through RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of IT concepts, software standards, databases, networking, security, governance, data access, AI evaluation, quality measurement, and monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least five years of work experience; CRM implementation, software implementation, or coding experience is preferred.
• Bilingual English and French is listed; French is an asset but not required. Ability to travel up to 50% is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud or SaaS companies.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Cloud and hirify.global AI.
• Experience with CRM platforms, software implementation, coding, Python, JavaScript, or AI-assisted coding tools.
• Experience partnering with sales teams on technical solutioning and opportunity progression.
