What you will do

• Lead technical discovery workshops to identify opportunities for AI-driven operational efficiency and customer experience improvements.
• Design customized solution roadmaps and compelling technical demonstrations for executive stakeholders.
• Support AI prototypes and value assessments, including RAG, LLM-powered virtual agents, and agentic workflows.
• Articulate complex technical trade-offs regarding accuracy, latency, cost, and governance to non-technical audiences.
• Partner with sales teams and Professional Services to transition successful engagements into production.
• Contribute reusable assets and field insights to Product Management to scale team capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven track record in technical solutioning, software implementation, or CRM integration.
• Strong AI fluency, including knowledge of NLU/NLP, LLMs, RAG, and prompt design.
• Proficiency in explaining complex technical concepts to executive-level stakeholders.
• Technical know-how of IT concepts, software standards, databases, and networking.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Cloud or hirify.global AI.
• Practical experience with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript for prototyping.
• Background in Cloud or SaaS enterprise environments.
