Solution Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote, based in Quebec, Canada; travel up to 50%.

Salary: CAD 98,600–129,400 base compensation, with potential commission or performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Run business and technical discovery workshops to identify customer needs, AI opportunities, expected benefits, and measurable outcomes.
• Design customized demonstrations and customer experience solutions covering self-service, agent assistance, journey management, and back-office automation.
• Combine LLMs, deterministic workflows, orchestration, fallback strategies, human handoff patterns, and enterprise knowledge strategies.
• Build and deliver technical demonstrations, AI prototypes, sandbox trials, and value assessments.
• Partner with account teams and Professional Services to validate use cases and transition successful engagements toward production.
• Share customer feedback with Product Management and create reusable enablement assets.

Requirements

• Experience explaining complex technical and AI concepts to technical, non-technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of NLU/NLP, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, orchestration, and agentic patterns.
• Practical experience integrating cloud or AI solutions with enterprise platforms through RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of IT concepts, software standards, databases, networking, security, governance, and data access.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least five years of relevant experience; CRM, software implementation, or coding experience is preferred.
• Bilingual English and French capability is requested; French is described as an asset and is not mandatory.

• Experience with cloud or SaaS companies.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Cloud and hirify.global AI.
• Python or JavaScript scripting and experience with AI-assisted or agentic coding tools.
• Experience partnering with sales teams on technical solutioning.
