Salary: $130,000–$170,000 per year (base)

What you will do

• Own value engineering for complex enterprise deals, quantifying ROI, TCO, and business impact of solutions.
• Build data-driven business cases tailored for C-suite and economic buyers.
• Design and iterate value frameworks and pricing justification tools for the sales organization.
• Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise prospects, diagnosing operational and commercial challenges.
• Facilitate executive-level workshops and discovery sessions to accelerate deal velocity.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to embed value consulting into the sales motion.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in value engineering, management consulting, or enterprise pre-sales.
• Professional experience in SaaS, IoT, or industrial technology.
• Proven ability to build executive-level business cases and ROI models.
• Based in North America (preferred) with willingness to travel within the Americas.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presence.
• Deep understanding of construction, equipment rental, or adjacent industries (strong advantage).

• Experience with IrisX, telematics, or data platforms.
