What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to major banking and financial services clients to achieve strategic goals.
• Support growth by contributing to client presentations, proposals, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to develop account and sector growth plans.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to Product and Technical teams to enhance solution offerings.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure customers realize full value from hirify.global's data and services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in credit risk, customer management, collections, and lending environments.
• 5+ years of experience designing or implementing solutions that improve risk or commercial outcomes.
• Professional background in banking, financial services, credit bureaus, or consulting.
• Deep understanding of decisioning platforms, credit bureau products, and data-driven analytics.
• Ability to communicate business value and ROI to senior leadership.
