What you will do

• Lead the APAC CX Advisory practice, setting regional strategy, operating models, and business priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, leading strategic discussions on AI and CX transformation.
• Drive regional growth by partnering with Sales and Customer Success on strategic pursuits and consulting offerings.
• Champion responsible AI adoption and translate emerging technologies into measurable customer value.
• Establish governance, quality standards, and measurement frameworks for the advisory practice.
• Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing regional advisory team and leadership pipeline.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, CX consulting, or digital transformation.
• 8+ years leading consulting teams, professional services, or regional advisory practices.
• Demonstrated experience leading regional business strategy and enterprise-scale AI transformation programs.
• Strong executive presence with experience engaging CIOs, COOs, and other C-level stakeholders.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures within the APAC region.
• Must be legally permitted to work in Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Cloud or another leading CX platform.
• Knowledge of conversational AI, LLMs, automation, and journey orchestration.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification.
• Experience speaking at industry conferences or publishing thought leadership.
