What you will do

• Deliver and support Property & Rating implementations, upgrades, and enhancements within TechnologyOne CiA
• Configure and optimize valuations, property lifecycle, rating structures, billing cycles, instalments, and recoveries
• Build and support BPA workflows in CiAnywhere to improve automation, consistency, and control across rating processes
• Configure and maintain DocOne outputs for accurate and compliant customer communications
• Work with ETLs, data processes, and integrations; assist with data migration validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
• Support UAT, reconciliations, and reporting; provide client-facing support, training, and knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience as a Rates SME, senior end user, or system administrator within TechnologyOne Property & Rating
• TechnologyOne CiAnywhere (CiA) experience is essential
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end rates lifecycle (property/valuation management, rating structures/levies/charges, instalments and supplementary cycles, revenue/recoveries/compliance interactions, end-of-year processing and annual billing)
• Proven ability to build or support BPA workflows in CiAnywhere
• Experience with ETLs and data processes, DocOne configuration, and workflow/system configuration
• Clear communication and documentation skills to explain complex rating concepts simply
