What you will do

• Deliver and support TechnologyOne (CiA) implementations and configurations for Property & Rating modules.
• Design and build Business Process Automations (BPA) in CiA to create practical and audit-ready workflows.
• Configure permits, licenses, infringements, approvals, and compliance records.
• Develop and maintain DocOne templates and document outputs based on client requirements.
• Translate real-world business processes into system workflows while embedding appropriate controls.
• Lead configuration workshops and support data migration, UAT, and reporting activities.

Requirements

• Hands-on TechnologyOne CiAnywhere (CiA) experience is essential.
• Proven experience building BPA workflows within CiA.
• Experience within local government compliance, regulatory, property, or rating environments.
• Proficiency in DocOne configuration and system setup.
• Strong process mapping and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops with both business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Ci to CiAnywhere (CiA) upgrades.
• Exposure to TechnologyOne SaaS+ environments.
• Experience across both Property & Rating modules and compliance.
• Familiarity with T-Scripts or advanced configuration elements.
