Salary: $99,178 - $110,000 CAD plus incentives

What you will do

• Execute the growth strategy for the voluntary benefits portfolio on a national scale.
• Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team with a focus on sustained growth.
• Identify and activate new distribution opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, advisors, and complex clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in group insurance or employee benefits is required.
• Proven success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within Eastern Canada.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools.
• Must hold or be able to obtain LLQP designation after hire.

• Experience specifically with optional or voluntary benefits.
• French language skills.
• Existing LLQP designation.
