What you will do

• Lead a strategic portfolio of contracts, programs, and projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate pre-sales activities, including strategic planning, quoting, and RFP support.
• Manage program financial performance, including P&L, turnover, and margin objectives.
• Develop and monitor structured processes and schedules for program deliverables.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks across the program life cycle.
• Provide regular status updates to customers and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project and program management, preferably in transport or software integration.
• English (C1) and German (C1 or native) proficiency required.
• Strong business acumen with practical experience in financial management and budgeting.
• Proven ability to manage contract P&Ls and achieve revenue targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business administration.

Nice to have

• PMP certification is highly preferred.
