Quote to Cash Analyst (ERP)

What you will do

• Manage quote-to-order workflows across CRM, CPQ, order management, licensing, and entitlement tools.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal billing support and resolve billing tickets within established service level agreements.
• Investigate billing discrepancies by reviewing customer accounts, invoices, contracts, payment history, and supporting documentation.
• Process credits, rebills, invoice corrections, reconciliations, and other account maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Collections, Customer Success, Sales, Order Management, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Document resolutions, support month-end close, and recommend improvements to recurring billing processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated knowledge and success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of quote-to-cash processes, billing operations, invoicing, reconciliations, credits, rebills, and customer account management.
• Experience with CRM and ticketing platforms; Salesforce and ServiceNow experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
