Business Analyst Junior+ (Identity)

What you will do

• Describe and develop processes for collecting, processing, validating, normalizing, deduplicating, and distributing customer personal data.
• Support launches of credit, debit, investment, insurance, and other products from the data, consent, and regulatory compliance perspective.
• Collect and document requirements from product teams and Compliance, translating them into system changes.
• Define and monitor data quality metrics, investigate anomalies, and identify root causes of discrepancies between systems.
• Contribute to deduplication, merging, identification, and master-data version-management rules.
• Coordinate communication between Product, Compliance, KYC, and Origination teams and prepare BPMN, UML, and data-flow documentation.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or another technical field.
• Knowledge of business-process modeling and experience documenting processes.
• Good SQL skills, including joins and aggregations, plus basic Python and an understanding of databases.
• Experience working with metrics, process quality monitoring, analysis, and cross-team communication.
• English at B2 level or higher is required for communication with an international team.
