Business Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Prioritize and fulfill the enterprise order backlog according to business goals, customer importance, delivery dates, and program commitments.
• Monitor orders from entry through shipment readiness, resolving holds, missing data, and incorrect order lines.
• Allocate constrained finished-goods supply, reschedule orders, manage partial shipments, and align schedules with supply plans.
• Coordinate with PLM, Sales, Logistics, Finance, Supply Planning, and Demand Planning, acting as an escalation point for fulfillment issues.
• Maintain backlog reporting, communicate OTIF/OTP performance drivers, and provide daily and weekly status signals.
• Coordinate prioritized pack releases with Logistics and support NPI cutovers, EOL run-out strategies, and product substitutions.

Requirements

• Experience with order backlog prioritization and end-to-end order lifecycle management.
• Ability to apply FIFO, requested delivery dates, customer importance, and business commitments to fulfillment decisions.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 CRM, ATP, and aATP for order management, availability checks, and allocation logic.
• Ability to maintain accurate sales and purchase order data and support reliable ATP/aATP results.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and communicate risks, constraints, and recovery actions.
• Based in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.
