What you will do

• Manage core execution rhythms, including planning cycles, prioritization forums, and performance tracking.
• Translate Payroll strategy and business objectives into clear goals, workplans, and accountability mechanisms.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Technology, Operations, Product, Finance, and Revenue.
• Develop scalable processes, tooling, and services to reduce operational complexity and cost-to-serve.
• Create structured documentation and narratives to ensure team alignment and transparency.
• Support leaders in grounding business discussions in data, financial impact, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in program/project management, strategy operations, or consulting.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B services preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• High business and financial acumen, including comfort with KPIs and unit economics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Must be based in New York, NY to support the hybrid work model.
