What you will do

• Design and continuously improve the leadership operating system, including planning cadences and decision-making frameworks.
• Own the operating mechanics for quarterly and annual planning to ensure company-wide alignment.
• Drive the execution of high-priority cross-functional initiatives by improving coordination and accountability.
• Build and evolve planning artifacts and documentation that enable effective scaling.
• Partner with founders and functional leaders to identify and resolve organizational friction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff, or Management Consulting.
• Proven experience designing or scaling operating systems and execution mechanisms in high-growth environments.
• Experience partnering directly with founders and senior leadership on company-wide initiatives.
• Exceptional written communication skills and ability to synthesize complexity into clear frameworks.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to design durable solutions for root causes.
• Demonstrated AI fluency: regular use of AI tools to enhance work quality and efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience leading OKR, annual, or quarterly planning processes.
• Professional background in management consulting followed by an operating role.
• Experience supporting founder-led organizations through rapid scaling phases.
• Familiarity with Notion, Linear, Omni/Looker, Slack, and modern AI platforms.
