Strategy Business Partner

Location: 100% remote; candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship. The role includes flexible hours and up to 10% travel, including occasional overnight and out-of-state travel.

Salary: $170,000–$180,000 annually plus a 10% bonus.

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and execution for defined business areas, translating corporate goals into measurable initiatives.
• Define strategy roadmaps and portfolios based on business outcomes, resources, budgets, and enterprise priorities.
• Oversee cross-functional implementation across business and technology teams, managing milestones, risks, budgets, and decisions.
• Drive strategy KPIs, executive reporting, board presentations, and monthly updates on progress, risks, forecasts, and financial variances.
• Manage financial planning, capital allocation, vendor relationships, MSAs, and SOWs supporting strategic execution.
• Support agile transformation through value stream mapping and collaboration with PMO, Product, and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, or a related field; an MBA is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy or strategic operations; 15 years is preferred.
• Background in enterprise systems, delivery methods, scaling operations, and complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong executive communication, leadership, analytical, financial modeling, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern virtual communication tools such as Microsoft Teams.
