FP&A Analyst (FMCG)

What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial reports and performance dashboards for business review meetings.
• Support forecasting and budgeting cycles by consolidating inputs, updating models, and validating data accuracy.
• Perform variance analysis against forecasts, budgets, and prior-year results.
• Collect financial and operational data from multiple systems and sources in collaboration with finance colleagues.
• Maintain and improve recurring reporting tools, templates, and trackers using Excel and Power BI.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support requests from the North American Taste Elevation Finance Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business controllership.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Pivot; knowledge of PowerPoint and Power BI is advantageous.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Financial business acumen, ideally in the food and beverage or FMCG industry, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
