What you will do

• Provide on-site technical support for internal and external customers in accordance with SLAs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment, including servers, workstations, printers, and LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with service desks and resolver groups to resolve incidents within prescribed timeframes.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely replacement of faulty equipment.
• Document all service activities and incidents accurately in the hirify.global Service Hub.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in on-site support and repair of PCs, printers, and LAN/WAN equipment.
• Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• English proficiency (reading/writing required; CET-4 preferred).
• Ability to work 24/7 shift duty, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong understanding of Ethernet networks, IP VPN, and server/workstation configuration.
• Professionalism, strong problem-solving skills, and no criminal record.
