What you will do

• Perform planned and ad hoc on-site visits for inspection, service, troubleshooting, and repair of technical systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance, installations, and commissioning according to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Act as the primary on-site contact for customers, providing technical recommendations and addressing needs promptly.
• Proactively identify business opportunities and generate leads for the sales team.
• Document all activities via service reports and collaborate with internal teams to find optimal solutions for breakdowns.
• Maintain a clean working environment and adhere to strict safety and decontamination protocols.

Requirements

• Degree level: college or above.
• 3-5 years of related working experience in an industrial, highly technical environment.
• Technical expertise in combining mechanical and electrical components.
• Ability to work independently under stressful circumstances and solve problems creatively.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work in Tianjin, China.
