What you will do

• Support NPI and product qualification activities on the test floor.
• Perform routine maintenance and conversion of NPI equipment.
• Execute ATE setups and sample testing procedures.
• Troubleshoot testing issues and assist engineers with program debugging.
• Coordinate with global Fab, Assembly, and Test teams to ensure supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor and drive improvements in project cycle time and overall productivity.

Requirements

• College degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in the semiconductor or related industry.
• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on challenges.

Nice to have

• Prior knowledge of ATE testing.
