What you will do

• Conduct planned and ad hoc on-site visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair technical systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance and commissioning according to Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide technical support via phone or on-site to minimize equipment downtime.
• Build strong customer relationships and proactively identify business opportunities to generate sales leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide optimal solutions for breakdowns and customer-specific needs.
• Ensure strict adherence to company and customer safety guidelines, including performing Last Minute Risk Assessments.

Requirements

• College degree or above.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related working experience in an industrial and highly technical environment.
• Technical expertise combining mechanical and electrical components.
• Must be located in or able to travel within Guangdong, China.
• Ability to work independently and remain resilient under stressful circumstances.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive communication abilities.
