What you will do

• Lead NPI/NSI technical support and product maintenance for engine platforms.
• Act as the compliance representative and product owner within the engineering team.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting for production issues and manufacturing challenges.
• Manage complex engineering projects across multiple functions and value chains.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance technical competence and problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tianjin, China and able to work onsite five days a week.
• Master’s degree preferred or 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Extensive experience in project management and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of product development lifecycles and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and provide evidentiary support for technical decisions.
