What you will do

• Lead full lifecycle EOL test solution development for UPS and DC power products, from prototype to mass production.
• Design and build unified automated test platforms using LabVIEW and TestStand with modular architectures.
• Perform hardware fault diagnosis and root cause analysis by interpreting circuit schematic diagrams.
• Drive R&D and suppliers to achieve 100% test coverage for all electrical and functional parameters.
• Execute customer and third-party witness test procedures and compile official validation reports.
• Apply Design for Test (DFT) principles to optimize hardware and mechanical designs for better testability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of EOL test development experience in the power electronics industry.
• Expertise in automated test platform architecture using LabVIEW and TestStand.
• Proficiency in analyzing power electronic circuit schematics for fault diagnosis.
• Experience with quality tools such as DFT, FMEA, 8D, and Six Sigma.
• Fluent English proficiency for global technical communication.
