What you will do

• Align customer design requirements with technology and assist in proposal development.
• Guide customers through the design process, including SI/PI reviews and topology optimization.
• Perform hands-on lab work, system bring-up, and hardware/software debugging.
• Coordinate simulations and correlate lab results with models.
• Provide onsite technical support and solve real-time system issues.
• Train customers and distributor FAEs on product implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8–13 years or Master's degree with 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed hardware including PAM4 SerDes, optical modules, and TIA/Driver front-ends.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and excel in a collaborative environment.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
