Salary: $86,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Lead the overall performance, leadership, and operational excellence of the home branch.
• Drive accountability within the team to meet key sales and member experience goals.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to support employee skill-building and career growth.
• Manage branch service levels, analyze performance reports, and manage the annual budget.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with members, business partners, and local community stakeholders.
• Partner with Recruiting to hire and train top talent to meet staffing needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales, retail, or banking environment.
• Must comply with SAFE Act legislation, including annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).

Nice to have

• Experience leading a team of at least 4 direct reports.
• Previous experience working within a financial institution.
• Strong relationship development, marketing, and negotiation skills.
• High degree of accuracy in math skills.
