What you will do

• Manage daily operations, sales strategy, and performance of a banking center.
• Develop new business opportunities both inside and outside the branch.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to retail staff to ensure professional development.
• Oversee personnel administration, including hiring, performance evaluations, and training.
• Ensure compliance with operational audit procedures to protect bank assets.
• Collaborate with regional management to formulate and manage the annual business plan and budget.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of banking experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform essential physical duties including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to client service standards.
