TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the U.S.)

Salary: $60,000 - $78,000

What you will do

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to educate participants on retirement readiness and managed account offerings.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to increase assets under management (AUM) while providing professional retirement planning.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance and risk procedures to act in the participants' best interests.
  • Document detailed client conversation notes for business development and follow-up purposes.
  • Enroll participants in managed account offerings within the hirify.global Retail account.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Valid FINRA 7, 63 and 65 (or 66) registrations required.
  • Successful completion of FINRA fingerprinting.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
  • Strong accountability for results related to asset growth and participant retention.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation.
  • Experience as a fully licensed candidate.
