What you will do

• Lead the implementation of risk frameworks and management activities to mitigate business-wide risk exposures.
• Provide independent review and oversight to ensure the accuracy of Credit Risk Reporting.
• Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and facilitate risk resolution across business segments.
• Coordinate core operational risk disciplines including Risk & Control Self-Assessment and Regulatory Compliance.
• Analyze potential risks and escalate key findings and action plans to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remediate performance and governance issues.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in risk management governance, policies, and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of risk management environments, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and MS Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and executives.

Nice to have

• Prior audit or QA/QC experience.
• Commercial banking experience.
