What you will do

• Profile new and existing customers to suggest tailored banking products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Open new accounts while ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.
• Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records in accordance with bank policies.
• Assist with administrative tasks including stop payments and debit card orders.
• Contribute to branch goals and participate in community or bank-sponsored events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferably 6-12 months of bank teller experience.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or cross-selling is highly desired.
• Ability to maintain security and adhere to banking regulations.
