What you will do

• Manage end-to-end localization into 29 languages, including creative assets, terminology building, and testing.
• Coordinate LQA workflows and implement data-driven quality improvements.
• Develop and maintain linguistic assets to improve translation quality output.
• Influence upstream content operations to ensure seamless, context-rich translations.
• Build and analyze localization metrics reports focusing on turnaround, quality scores, and cost per word.

Requirements

• 5+ years of localization project or program management experience.
• Proficiency with enterprise localization tools and translation management platforms (e.g., Smartling, memoQ, Phrase).
• Native speaker of at least one language other than English.
• Experience managing stakeholders and cross-organizational dependencies.
• Must be located in or able to work from San Francisco, Irvine, or Seattle.

Nice to have

• Native proficiency in French, German, Chinese, or Japanese.
• Experience evaluating MT/LLM quality in production workflows.
• Ability to visualize data and turn localization insights into tooling decisions.
• Track record of building localization programs from scratch or through transformation.
