What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of Security and IT technical program managers, overseeing hiring, coaching, and career development.
• Own the Cyber Security and IT program portfolio, defining how programs are scoped, prioritized, and sequenced.
• Establish operating rhythms for intake, resourcing, and reporting to meet risk reduction targets.
• Partner with leadership to translate security strategy into a prioritized roadmap and resourcing model.
• Report portfolio status, risks, and trade-offs to executive stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery.
• Standardize team playbooks and measurement systems to ensure consistent delivery quality across the organization.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years in program management at a technology company.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proven track record of running Cyber Security or IT programs.
• Strong technical aptitude in system design, reliability, and scalability challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of information security frameworks such as NIST, PCI-DSS, or HITRUST.
