What you will do

• Drive youth safety initiatives to reduce escalation rates and identify emerging harms.
• Own product and process improvements for NCMEC reports and CSAM enforcement.
• Manage the team's tooling roadmap and prioritize development requests.
• Audit operations and processing workflows to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering to develop ML tooling and heuristic models for high-harm detection.
• Act as a liaison between safety, product, and engineering teams to validate safety impact.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of project or program management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of child sexual exploitation investigation, detection, and reporting obligations.
• Intermediate SQL proficiency and technical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven leadership in developing and advocating policies for child safety.
• Experience analyzing and mitigating high-impact online threats.

Nice to have

• Direct experience creating harm detection strategies (ML models, image hashing).
• Previous experience with incident management in global trust and safety teams.
• Advanced data analysis skills.
