What you will do

• Define and lead large-scale cross-functional programs across multiple teams to support sales operations.
• Evaluate prioritization, trade-offs, and technical risks to develop effective GTM tooling strategies.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and improve the overall user experience for sales and support teams.
• Establish execution processes to remove organizational toil and ensure projects are repeatable and scalable.
• Partner closely with GTM Ops leadership to align technical solutions with business objectives and growth.
• Mentor project teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in technical program management roles.
• At least 4 years of experience supporting sales or revenue organizations.
• Strong working knowledge of the sales tools ecosystem including CRM, Marketing Automation, and CPQ.
• Proven ability to provide technical judgment and analytical problem-solving for large-scale systems.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with a team-player mentality.
• Experience with digital advertising or ads monetization is a significant plus.
