What you will do

• Own the CLM technology roadmap and backlog, prioritizing builds and integrations for Ironclad, Evisort, and Salesforce.
• Lead in-house builds and workflow development in partnership with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering to create scalable solutions.
• Drive AI enablement within Legal Operations by identifying automation opportunities and implementing POCs using tools like N8N, Workato, Claude, and Glean.
• Develop a comprehensive contracts reporting framework and system of record for all agreements to provide actionable insights.
• Manage large, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, coordinating across Legal, Sales, Engineering, and Compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in Legal Operations or a technology-driven operations function.
• Proven track record of owning technology roadmaps and making build-vs-buy decisions.
• Expert-level, hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM, including workflow design and Salesforce integration.
• Ability to drive AI and automation adoption and build proof of concepts to improve workflow efficiency.
• Knowledge of AI-driven contract review tools (e.g., Evisort) and metadata management.
• Must be available for quarterly in-person working sessions ("surges").
