What you will do

• Sell Lightspeed Payments to the existing customer base.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts to ensure they achieve their objectives.
• Guide qualifying customers through upgrade paths from basic to advanced platforms.
• Demonstrate POS products, modules, and software upgrades to customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize the growth of the book of business.
• Track key metrics such as added MRR and net retention.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, sales development (SDR), or similar roles with a sales quota.
• Strong understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and other pipeline management tools.
• Confidence and poise when communicating with executive-level stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Must be based in Paris.
