What you will do
- Take ownership of a portfolio of ~100 mid-market client accounts and develop growth strategies
- Collaborate with Client Success Partners and internal experts to support client projects and upselling
- Conduct presentations, demos, and business negotiations to close new ARR targets
- Manage contract renewals and define action plans to generate upsells
- Report activity and optimize sales forecasts with coaching support
Requirements
- Location: Remote work possible anywhere in France or based in Paris
- 3+ years experience in account management or sales with revenue generation responsibility
- Experience in SaaS and fast-growing startup/scale-up environments
- Fluent French and excellent English (B2+)
- Strong communication, active listening, and teamwork skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Trello or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with digital pedagogy or LMS platforms
