What you will do

• Define and author comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements for software products based on business needs.
• Simplify complex technical information into clear documentation accessible to various audiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Production teams to execute technology solutions.
• Manage the product lifecycle from conception to release within the Player Support group.
• Establish acceptance criteria for project test strategies and test plans.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, grooming, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience writing functional and non-functional technical requirements for software products.
• Proficiency in documenting business/technical workflows and complex specifications.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in El Segundo, California, USA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development practices and infrastructure/database technologies.
• Experience with Agile software product development and test planning.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or another technical field.
• Experience with Salesforce, Helpshift, AEM, and cloud solutions.
• Background in customer service.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
