What you will do
- Create and maintain technical documentation including user guides, system manuals, and SOPs.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise content for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure documentation accuracy.
- Develop and enforce documentation standards and style guides.
- Manage documentation repositories and version control systems.
- Design diagrams, screenshots, and visual aids to enhance technical clarity.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or a related field.
- 4-12+ years of professional technical writing experience.
- Proficiency in documentation tools including MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, and Confluence.
- Experience documenting software applications and technical systems.
- Knowledge of documentation standards such as MIL-STD and DITA.
- Ability to independently manage documentation projects.
