Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $85,600 - $119,100 USD per year

What you will do

• Write and maintain technical documentation based on platform behavior.
• Review documentation authored by other team members.
• Maintain the documentation GitHub repository and perform periodic audits.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure platform changes are accurately documented.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure coherent customer communications.
• Provide feedback to Product leaders to help refine platform features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical writing experience, preferably using Markdown.
• Hands-on experience with website operations (WordPress, Drupal, or Next.js).
• Proficiency in developer tooling including Git.
• Experience with continuous delivery and agile workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available).
